    Great segment. You are absolutely right that people need to find something positive to fill that emotional void. I had a woman just today join my Aradia pole dancing for fitness classes after moving out of a long term relationship. There are tons of healthy options to help fill that gap and make you feel healthy and whole. Find something active and fun that will get you involved in a community of like-minded individuals. Fun is a key ingredient though… it needs to be something you really enjoy doing and speaking to a trusted ally in a helping profession can also help you digest and move through your emotions. Great job of getting the word out there Cheryl!
