Are you a Victim of Stress?

Stress tends to be thought of as one of those things we can’t quite define, but instead we think “I know it when we see it.” Yet, this is seldom true. Stress hides in many places, causing problems we’re not always aware of, in ourselves and our loved ones.

For the sake of argument, or to prevent one, let’s use the simplest definition of stress we can find by performing a Google search… “A state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances.”
