This seminar will inform participants about how to overcome negative behaviours. It is designed to help people understand the process of change, recognize where they are in the process of their own change for any behaviour, and give strategies to help them move through the change process. As a result of this seminar people will be able to move through the change process more efficiently, in less time and with greater positive outcomes.
